Said they were from Bonus & Rewards asking to complete a survey to earn 2 gift cards - 1 for $200 in gas, 1 for $100 in retail rewards. Then they switch and ask you to pay $3.99 for shipping. They send you a packet with 2 optional programs which you have 10 days to discontinue. Bate and switch.

He called my cell said he was a lawyer and demanded i call him back or have my lawyer call him asap so i called him he told me that i had been given a loan from cash america and never made a payment.So i was being sued for the money and they would be a warrent waiting for me at work the next day or i could send themthe money now and the rest on friday when i told him that i had proof that i didnt do this he said to bring it to court with me knowing that i was so far away i told him i thought it was a fraud and i was getting a lawyer and ging to the cops. He also knew my email the last 4 digits of my ss.I called B.S. on it and Mark started to use profanity talking about my mother and father and how he was going to get me fired from my job and kill me. You would think that you could report this phone number and the phone company would follow up on it. I am making a complaint to the Fed. Gov. and my states attorney General. Someday this will stop!!

Calls several times a day. Do not leave messages - does not say anything when I do answer. Tried to call back the number and was told it is not a working number.

They are text advertisements and i cannot stand them how do i stop this?

Some company is using this VoIP service (Voice over the Internet) to make long distance calls as if they were coming from a local Miami (FL) area, while they are really calling from another state. On their caller ID sometimes it reads Bank of America, but it will usually just show "unknown caller". Still not sure if its a sales, collector, or spam-phishing caller, since they never leave a message. The complain is because they keep calling every single day and never leave a message. Today I decided to answer and the guy on the other side asked for Mr/Ms ***. I said He/She was not here and asked who was calling, and he just said "this is just a courtesy call" and hanged up. If this was a serious business call, they would have left a message detailing the purpose of their call. Obviously they have no good intentions. Specially if they are trying to trick you into thinking it is a local call, when it isn't.

Man said he represented the Fraternal Order of Police, asking for donations. He was very rude and hung up on me when I told him we had relatives serving on the Sheriff's and Florida State Trooper forces. I tried calling the number, and got a recording "this voice mailbox is full". So, I decided to call several different police and sheriff's offices to see if this was a legitimate call. The police and sheriff departments said this must be a SCAM!!! They have no knowledge of any charity drive for the F.O.P. Hang up on this type of caller. THIS IS A SCAM!!

Nick said he was calling from the internet crime unit and I needed to contact him before 5pm. He called me at work and I've had these calls before from another number which I ignore! I'm just curious to know if this is a scam which I expect.
